Rude, lazy staff who explained to me that if I were a customer, they might do me a favor and get me a roll of quarters but it was beyond them. They had no idea if I was or not! I was a potential customer, as I have just relocated to the area, but I will not be setting up my accounts with them, and I suggest you might think twice. Amazed and surprised!

I never found the actual office staff to be rude to my face, but on phone or customer service via the app is HORRIBLE. Always has been. The services are miserably outdated. No ability to transfer for bills, etc (it says there is, but it's not at all modern. You give the info & they send a paper check on your behalf), they give you no paper checks, no control over your own money (Zelle or equivalent - although they will tell you in order to get your money that they will have it within days). Your paycheck - a joke (you deposit it & they approve it, then you have to wait 48 hrs minimum for it to show in your account or let you touch it) etc, etc. SAVE YOURSELF. DONT DO IT
