On 2 occasions they have withdrawn money from my account when it was for someone else not associated on my account at all. They do not return phone calls and takes forever to get through to someone. Horrible customer service

Somehow lost my money that was to be refunded. I spent 48 minutes on the phone being bounced back in between empower and dispute to be told to try the local branch........ Unbelievable.

Banking is great so far but when you download the app the part when you put your birthday is is crazy to have to scroll back to your birth year you should be able to just type it in when your born in 50 and 60 it take way to long to put it in.

not taking third party checks is a bummer as I sometimes utilize that to help out a family member who has issues if they have money sitting in their pocket, I've had a few banks and never encountered this. Also I sometimes have trouble using that card to make online purchases which is annoying.

I always have good service only complaint is the line at the drive thru takes some time. So glad they now have a location thats closer to home.

Have always had issues with one thing or another. You can get better customer service at Chik Fil A than here, as we just left their establishment... wish Chik Fil A had their own bank.
