horrible place I had a women write me a 75$ check to HELP me my kids SINCE iam TRYING survive on leas 900 month for it to bounce and I specifically ask the teller day it was cash I dont know women will this come bk to me if it dont go thru was told NO that bank goes after the check holder well guess WHAT it bounce now there charging 90$ in fees i dont have and screwing me now NOT going AFTER THIS women at all then as iam waiting to speak to a manager the man hung up on me from the broad Street bank and tells me I can't stop my 2 check on 3rd from going in til it pd I can't leave the bank til pd! please beware of THIS banks scams you and like to take cash fron THOSE who struggle and give out wrong information then REFUSE to help or fix any of it!

Don’t bother, customer service is terrible. Called about a login issue with mobile banking to be told they couldn’t do anything for me and I ultimately had to figure it out on my own. Spent 30 minutes on the phone to be told they’d call me back. Still waiting

Never money in ATM! Very confusing bank on Broad street. Staff not really in touch or should I say experienced with things. No answers just late fees or overdraft fees,and they don’t miss those! Switching banks as soon as loan is paid. Not my bank!!! Bye Bye!

I've used this bank for many years and more recently I've been very disappointed. The staff at my local branches are great and helpful. What upsets me is the online banking system. I am frequently locked out of my account, unable to get in, or reset my password. I've tried each time to reset it from home and every time it does not allow me to. I have to go into the bank and have them reset my password, then try to log in again and choose my security questions and answers. Usually this works for a while then the same thing happens again a few weeks later. I try to reset it from home by answering the security questions but then it asks me to answer questions that I didn't choose as my security questions and therefore have no answers for. I'm not typing my user ID wrong or my current password. This issue is frustrating and I'm seriously considering switching banks because of it.
Update: I changed banks. I haven't had an issue since.

this place used to be great..the staff is still wonderful, but the credit union itself likes to nickel and dime the members with stupid fees for normal things like a paper bank statements, while providing useless things like coffee for free. Keep looking! UPDATE !they never sent me my statement for September, charged me for it and then when i requested an ELECTRONIC copy of the statement, I was charged $3 for it..For an EMAIL. Soon as possible, will be moving all of my accounts elsewhere..Horrible bank.

Excellent service! I was out of town and called my credit union to see if there was a branch in Glens Falls. They do not have a branch but are associated with Hudson River CCU. We needed cash and were able to get it with out any issues. Very pleasant people working there!

I have been with this credit union for over a year & I love everything about them! The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable anytime I have a question regarding my account. I cannot speak highly enough of HRCCU. I recommend them to all of my friends for their financial needs.

My wife was locked out of her online and mobile accounts. After trying to resolve the problem unsuccessfully over the phone she was asked to go to an office. We usually bank at the Broad Street office so we went there. A cashier politely asked us to wait for Colleen to help us. Colleen quickly got to us and ran us through a couple of procedures to get back into the accounts. After having no luck, Colleen got creative going step by step through a way she thought might work. She thought correctly and my wife was able to login. Colleen is very innovative and is ALWAYS pleasant and humorous.
