This bank has gone downhill sadly. I have been a member for 20 years and will soon be switching to another bank. They charged me for some hidden fees and when I tried to call and talk to them to understand what it was they seemed like they really couldn't give a care. I offered my feedback in a nice polite manner and again got the cold shoulder that they couldn't be bothered to listen.

I've been using this bank for 4 years now and I had to travel to see my family in Boston and my doctor so I can't remember my p.i.n. because I'm a severely disabled veteran so I called them to help me resolve this problem and they were very rude and no help whatsoever so I'm withdrawing all my money and going back to my hometown bank my advise to anyone else don't bank here they only care about being rude and making money off of your money

Great bank, friendly people.. we have been with this bank since the late 80s.. I've never had a problem that couldn't be solved.People say they are rude.. must be you..

Poor customer service for a small hometown bank. Have never felt welcomed. Drive thru service is particularly rude. Very unfortunate as it does seem to have good rates and programs. But with the service I think I'd prefer to go somewhere else.

If you care about your money do not put it in this bank. Customer service is awful and they do not care about you or keeping you as a valued customer. Totally regret switching banks. Also, its 2015- get a mobile app that actually works. I am sure you can pay to have it updated with all of the fees you charge your customers.

They are slow AF at this bank. Drive thru lanes have long wait times and tellers are not on top of things.
