A lot of changes recently for the BETTER. New manager Mana fixed a bunch of thing ignored for years. Finally feel like I’m half appreciated in branch. Can’t thank her enough.

Came to deposit checks into my account today and lady wouldn’t do it because it also had my business name on it. I had provided this same location my DBA paper work 2 years ago. I have deposited checks in other branches with no problems. I only went to this one as it is closest to my home. We are in the process of our refinance with this bank... wished my credit union had branches in my area.

My father sadly passed away in June. This is the ONLY financial institution, whether talking loans or back accounts, that has given me an issue FREEZING his account. Every other bank did that with a death certificate. Every loan he has worked with me with a death certificate. I am not trying to access this account, just freeze it. They REFUSED and his account is just going more and more negative due to bills that he had on auto pay and THEIR OWN FEES EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE REASON IT IS NEGATIVE! This is the LAST thing a grieving child should have to deal with on top of all the other hardships that come with the loss of a parent. I'm disgusted. RUN from this bank. Capcom and Sefcu were compassionate and helpful.

Keybank is terrible!!!!! They hours they are open are not regular bank hours . They close at 4pm mon-thursday and 5 Friday. Like most of us work until 5pm every day!!! Also we have a small business and we are closing our account ! We were lied to !! We asked a teller at the Schodack branch to remove our overdraft as we were charged nonsense fees every 5 days ! Then after we were told that our overdraft was stopped it happened again ! The manager Josh at the East Greenbush branch wouldn't remove any more fees even though I was told managers can override them. Be aware of the fees ! Never doing business with them again. No wonder they have A 2 star rating and are losing customers ! They dont care about there customers just money! Sefcu here we come !

Nothing makes me more angry than being lied too and treated as if my business doesn't matter. When someone tells me they are going to do something, I hold them to their word. It is clear to me that First Niagara doesn't stay true to their word when it comes to their customers. I'm going back to SEFCU.
