Terrible experience with this so call bank!! I do not recommend this bank to ANYONE that is African American! I was Racially Profiled by Lisa ( manager). I was told by her being a first home owner she do not feel comfortable giving me a loan (after I had already was pre approved for one)and that I have to show her the money first. When she only agreed to correct my pre approval header letter!! How can you be racist working in any public place?? She also had a very nasty attitude with me but was very respect to the white lady she was talking to previously..

AVOID - This bank will take your money and not provide services! They will not provide any proof that the appraisal on the home I was buying even took place, and they're using that as the basis to deny the mortgage. They even ignored repeated calls to provide this appraisal and refund my money. Numerous calls were placed to Katie Reilly, branch manager Magdalena Dye, and vice president Beverly Sutton - all were dodged and none were returned. This is after what should have been a week long process took a month. Do not deal with this bank. They have taken a month and a half of my time and nearly a thousand dollars. I have no proof that anything of merit was done on their end.
Winter is approaching, it's the middle of a pandemic, and this bank is making up appraisal results to keep me from buying a home. That's despicable.

BEWARE - This bank is fraudulent. Their appraisal of the home I was trying to purchase cost me my mortgage, and they never even sent me a copy! There is zero proof that this appraisal took place. They won't send me a copy nor a refund. I am out almost a thousand dollars with ZERO to show for it. I have called and left voicemails for Katie Reilly, branch manager Magdalena Dye, and vice president Beverly Sutton. They have avoided my calls and have not responded. I want a refund and to see proof of this appraisal.
It is terrifying and vicious that a bank would play games with someone's housing - especially during a pandemic.

I was here recently to cash a check through Lakeshore, and a certain bank teller named Chelsey was super nice and respectful through the process. Definitely helps a bank to have the amazing customer service she provided that day, glad I chose to bank with Lakeshore! Chelsey deserves a raise!
