Been on the phone for over 20 minutes now as I was unable to activate my credit card,via the phone activation number, the credit card just had a new expiration date. Was on hold alone for over 10 minutes without the rep coming back to the phone to let me know what she was doing. Very frustrating for the customer. Would not recommend them to any family or friends.

Everyone is very friendly here! I’ve only had my account for about a week and haven’t had any issues. I will say this, however, the person that assisted in opening my account got the amount of days for my check clearing and my debit card arrival mixed up. It always takes 5-10 BUSINESS days for a debit card to be mailed to you and when opening a checking account with a check it takes 3-5 BUSINESS days for it to clear, I was told it would work the other way around. It’s not an issue at all just a bit of an inconvenience/annoyance.
