Several times I was threatened by employees in the loan department. 9/13/2022 an employee violated my rights requesting information he has no right to. Been dealing with this company for 6 months and they refuse to close the loan for a system that I don't have.
Only today they stopped the future payments after I informed them I filed against them for the civil rights issue.
The manager I spoke with refused to let me speak to his manager. It is a common practice for them to refuse the transfer. To get a manager I had to asked the bank side for the loan side.
(A shout out to the after hours call center young lady Mrs/Miss R. She was basically the only professional employee I spoke to at 5:19 PM 9/14/2022)

I went to get my documents notarized and they did it right away with no wait at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, great loans, great interest rates. Never been on hold for more than 5 minutes. Altogether outstanding and would recommend to anyone.

Great unless you have a problem and require assistance. Been a member for over ten years. Self service is great, but requiring assistance such as fraud or a dispute with a charge forget it!

Can't get ahold of anyone. Website hasn't worked since I got the loan. Get bills from them call no options, no 0 for operator. Calling in their noticed time window how the hell do I contact them? I just want this place to take my money... Been trying to get ahold of someone now for 2 months...

This is such a horrible bank!! Don't bank here!! They are rude and disrespectful!! They have been ignoring me regarding serious concerns about my account!! Carol Holmes and Katie Boyle are not helpful!! I have been asking to speak to Katie's manager and she won't tell me nor does anybody know who it is!! Yall are a weird as bank!!!!!!
