I have been a member for almost 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience, Pauline is the most miserable person that works that I have ever seen. She is extremely rude. Has no customer servise skills at all. I was treated like trash. Had no slips in the drive threw so I put my checks and id in and sent it. She sends it back yelling at me saying I can't do that I need to fill out a slip. Well I would have if one was available. I fill it out send it back . She sends it back yelling at me saying I need to list all check numbers. I never been asked that never . So I ask why and she yells at me and was being extremely rude. I think I will travel 10 more minutes out my way before I deal with that kind of customer service. I am also thinking about changing banks if this is how you get treated

Long time valued member here, just got lied to by a member of this branch on the 13th. I went into the branch to cash a check. I talked to the member in regards to this check. SHE TOLD ME THE FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN TWO DAYS! After I Left the bank 2 days later I received a notice that the check is going to have a five day hold. Okay so I don’t know when it became okay for you to lie straight to my face? I think it’s just this location honestly never had a problem with Empower before. I probably will have to switch banks because they lied. Now my funds are being held up for no reason. I budgeted to have that money in 2 days, I thought you valued your members? Doesn’t seem that way to me!
