At least they fixed the problem they caused or else they wouldnt even deserve the one star. Pandemic or not, employees should know how to speak to a customer and not try to continue to toss blame on them for something the employee miscommunicated. Usually when someone says "I cant help you right now, you'll have to come back at 4:30" that means you expect to be helped at that time, NOT told to come back on monday! We took time off work to handle this issue so now we've lost money and patience.

Heidi from the canajoharie branch was so helpful and kind. She called us with our banking issue in the morning and it was resolved by noon. I can’t say thank you enough!

If I could give it zero stars I would, terrible bank, customer service is garbage, employees have no idea how to talk to people and don’t do their jobs the right way and blame you for their mistakes, garbage bank, garbage service, will never do business here again.

I received a letter from the bank with a name in it for contact. I call the number on the bottom of the letter no one there the person works in another p[lace within the banking system. Now sitting on the phone for minutes after minutes waiting on hold. This is today'
