They are always nice, attentive.. They offer in my experience the best rate of interest. It is safe place and nice neighborhood.

Terrible PLACE! Girl at kiosk asked me to take seat- waited 28 minutes/ people sit at desks/ doing nothing! 3 people walked out of there offices - while 3 of us where seated! Another guy, (tall guy) finished with someone walked out of office/ while all of his us still remained seated, and Un-helped!!!! I need to refinance my loan and get the HELL out of this horrible customer service place!!!! P.S. WATCH THESE SLICK PEOPLE!!! Made payments every month- and they claim I DIDNT pay in full- they claim I owe $$, they are trying to make me 30 days late!!!! Even though I payed every month!!!! The lady at the Onondaga road, Syracuse location sent me to a ATM THAT THE CASH WITHDRAWAL ISNT WORKING!!!! This place is unbelievable!!!!

This bank is terrible now! They will give anyone an account. Super long lines, the worst thing about this bank is the atm there. Half the time its down. I tried to deposit cash, and the machine took my money and canceled the sale. I'm not the only one its happening to either. Then the bank takes almost 2 weeks to deposit the money they stole. I'm going to switch banks pretty soon, I advise anyone else on doing so too

Went to the drive through today and I had no idea that they closed early, drove up at 5:38 pressed the call button the teller answered and let me know they were closed but told me she could take my transaction anyways. I needed my paychecks in my account that day to pay bills thank god for that teller.
Her teller number is 80346.

Extremely rude, no concept of customer service. I closed my account with them and they cleared me and gave me my remaining balance, only to bill me 2 weeks later, for pending charges that THEY missed. I went in to talk about it and they threatened that if I don’t pay it, they’ll report me so I can’t open a bank account anywhere. For $65, which was your mistake? Worst experience ever.

Nice atmosphere with kind people working there. I was able to open an account quickly and smoothly. Having my card printed on site was new to me and something I appreciated. Much better experience than my old bank. Caitlin helped me open an account and was very kind and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Can't do any banking without constantly going to the branch. Over the phone customer service wait limes always greater than 10 minutes and then hangs up on you. Constant fraud declines even when informing them of charges ahead of time. Will still hold finances when they have declined due to fraud so your account is less the fraud amount until they release it. Leaving Empower as soon as I can.

I have used this bank since i have had a bank account. I created a business account here and it was the worst experience ever. They repeatedly deposited my money into the wrong accounts. Even depositing my money into a different companies account. I quickly switched for my business account. I thought everything was fine with my personal account until i needed something. Try calling customer service. Before you create an account just try calling. They literally do not answer. I waited for 28 minutes the first time and 46 minutes the second time both with no answer. I cannot wait to pull my money out of this terribly ran business and switch banks.
