Nicole did a great job assisting us with the closing paperwork on our new home. She went above and beyond, by taking the time to scan and send the closing paperwork via email to the title company. She was also kind enough to make us copies of the paperwork. She made our closing painless and easy!

Maddy Catalano was so quick, personable and flexible when I was trying to apply for a car loan. She explained everything to me and ensured I was able to receive the loan before the date I needed to pick up the car. I would highly recommend her as a financial services representative!!

Beyond angry. I had fraudulent charges from my debit card getting hacked. I was told there would be a 3-6 business day investigation. When I called on the 7th day, I was told I would have to take care of the matter by myself through the company that the charges were made through. This was after almost two weeks. No phone call, nothing. I have been with this bank over a decade. Customer service has died at this bank. I’m disgusted and disappointed at the lack of concern or even interest in this issue.

Eric Roepke helped me today. He was nice, professional, informative, intelligent, well mannered, friendly, knowledgeable, good sense of humor and made me feel welcome. I did not feel rushed by him because he took the time to answer all my questions. He seemed genuinely concerned with all my questions and concerns. I came into the credit union feeling a little bit nervous about my situation, but I left feeling better and at ease because of him. Thanks again Eric!

As a 40 year member, service here, especially on line and phone, has plummeted to near hellish. 10 months to change my address after properly notifying SFCU, currently a week to add a beneficiary (incorrect instructions/info, 15 minutes on hold every time I've called this week and they had an incorrect phone number attached to my account). The supervisor I just spoke to this morning actually gave me the current #1 excuse for everything, "We're shorthanded!". OMG! Hey SFCU management, offer better pay and benefits and then hire competent people. As a member I vote for that now!

Did some coin counting which is free for account holders.
I really like the new purple design!
It's close to my home .
But the location is bad.
Just getting out , you have to wait at the light that takes forever to turn green.

I recently used SCU for the first time for an auto loan to complete my lease buy-out after a friend recommended them. I would like to thank Kellie Cardone and Marina Ridley for being so helpful and accommodating. The whole process took less than a week and they were very helpful and responsive throughout. I would recommend if you are looking for an auto loan!

The online banking portal is one of the worst I have ever seen for a credit union. Everything is a mess, information is unavailable especially for loans. You can not see terms or any details and paying a loan online is extremely difficult.
