Costomer service is poor. Many of the teller hold personal conversations with other customer. If they don't know you, you get treated like a 2nd class citizen. They should not have closed the Delevan branch.Been with M&T over 30 yrs seriously thinking of changing banks

Probably the most unfriendly bank I've ever been to. Been a customer for over 20 years. I tried to change my address and I was told excaxty "I don't know you". Called 1800# and had it changed in 5 minutes. They never should have closed Delevan branch. I will be moving my funds to 5-star bank.

Very poor customer service and horrible banking policies. When you try to take a cashier's check made out from another bank and tell the customer you can't cash it at 9am, your lying to your customer. Cancelled new account and went to 5 Star for magnificent customer service.
