Never even step foot in this place. Was here with my family for Riverfest. While walking by, a small plump woman with a fake smile started yelling at us about “Parking.” We kindly told her she was mistaken (we had parked over by the docks), but she continued to jostle and harass; insisting we were parked nearby and that she “saw” us. It was a struggle to leave the situation. Luckily, she fixated her blind rage on another family walking by.
Extremely unprofessional behavior. Don’t ever do business here.

Will be switching banks very soon. This is the only bank I've ever had that gives me this many issues with surprise over draft fees (after I told them I wanted the overdraft protection when I got the account. And I'm not seeing any protection). I had 70 dollars taken from my account when I was sleeping last night, in over draft fees, they'll tell you you can fix it within the "same business day" but if they do that when you're sleeping ... how are you supposed to fix it??? When I was told i had 24 hours to fix it.. that rule changes.. Transactions will show up in my account all the time then they'll dissappear and that has nothing to do with the company, it has everything to do with THE BANK. And they'll proceed with these updates EVERY Sunday morning, leaving us unable to access our accounts until 9am. . EVERY SUNDAY. You'd think with all these updates, they would have live time and updated ledgers. But that would leave them unable to rip people off. I constantly check my accounts and make sure transactions are taken out before I move onto the next purchase. And mysteriously the transaction isn't there anymore. . I'm not the only one that this happens too, and it's irritating. So there's actually no protection.... and they always blame it on the other companies and me. I deposited 200 in this morning thinking it would fix it, but it didn't "happen within the same business day".

I have been with the ABay branch of WSB for over 20 years and could not be more satisfied! As a "seasoned" senior citizen, I am less than competent with modern technology. The branch manager, Skye Ryder McCauley, has personally spent time with me straightening out mistakes I have made! She is incredibly competent and patient and trains her staff to be the same.
