I have been a customer of One Main for several years. Up until last month sometime, I had been earning reward points that were offered as part of their pay on time program. I had earned $322.00 in points. Without any real opportunity to cash out or even just roll into My remaining balance, the points were voided. I was told I was informed by email? I saw none. I was told I should have checked Junk mail??? really? If this is the way a customer is recognized? after years of paying one of the highest interest rates by most any lender today? Very disappointed! if a class action lawsuit is available...count me in! Will never do business with this company again.

Genuine and friendly people willing to help--- but process is too complicated, takes a long time, etc esp for established- known customers and when you need to make a quick decision.

Don't trust them. I received an e mail saying I was approved not pre approved and then when I called the Santa Fe office they told I wasn't.

I would recommend checking out other lenders until this company hires sufficient staff to handle their volume of customers. Being overworked and understaffed is not an excuse for poor customer service. The individual who "assisted" me lacked patience, compassion and interpersonal skills. I ended up withdrawing my application.

I’ve been with this company for three years obviously they don’t like NM Hispanics, and are possibly racist I’m gonna take him to court , so don’t go there. My credit is stellar and my business is making over $100,000 a month I just needed a little help but I’ve done willing to work with them any further. Thank you, Joe.
