I would like to give a big shout-out to Raina for being so kind, compassionate and patient. I’m dealing with the other party in my loan not paying their half of the loan and it’s been a very hard situation to get through. She has helped me with everything and has turned my entire experience around. I will go back to her in the future. Thank you, Raina!!! :-)

I was told this morning I would get a call within an hour and I waited 5 hours before I called the kadyvwas first extremely rude on the phone with me and as I'm going through talking to her she says in order for my app to go through I must unfreeze my credit report which I already have done that and the application was forwarded to the branch in which I already have a loan through. I'm glad I didn't get this loan and will be closing my account soon this is the worst a 4 year customer has been treated while I pay my loan on time I get this treatment... I will be spreading the word and filing a BBB complain and AG complaint.
That's no resolution by responding this way they rep I talked went ahead and cancelled my application without my authorization when I said I already had done my credit report.

Spoke with lady over phone, said I was approved for a loan and setup a time to do the interview. She requested my vehicle information and called me later after getting information stating they now can not help me. Checked credit and now have a hard inquiry pull and credit score drop! Dangerous company to do business with if you are rebuilding your credit!

Do your research before applying. First off after you apply you have to work hard to talk to anyone, they act as if you’re putting them out trying to get any kind of information. Secondly I was approved for this loan through credit karma, and approved after my application and then somehow not. Also they don’t do a soft pull they do a hard pull which is pretty ridiculous. So they tell you you’re approved for your loan but then days later you’re not. Anyways there are better options out there, this is definitely not a good choice. Predatory and credit karma should not be associated with them at all.

I have had a loan with this place of a couple of years. DO NOT RECOMMEND getting a loan at the southern location there is a very very rude branch manger and workers that cannot answer a basic question!
Called them to ask a couple question and let them know what was going on with my account! NEVER LET ME ASK MY QUESTIONS!!
The Branch Manager hardly let me explain what was wrong. She kept interrupting me saying "I am not sure I will have to look at your History" The whole time I was talking. I asked her several time to please let me speak but she never did. She put me on hold and then never came back to the phone.
I called back and one of her co workers answered. She did not let me speak at all told me she was unable to help me because the branch manger "already told you" When I asked her to please let me explain what was going on she told me "branch manger already told you" and then Hung up on me..
called one main on San Mateo and the Lady was very very very lovely answered all my question and let me explain what was going on.
HORRBLE, RUDE people who work at the onemain on southern. I recommend the lady's at onemain on San Mateo.
