I’ve had 2 account since 2015 And just closed them due to having to go in every month to get authorization to deposit money into my account for a debt that was paid off mid 2019. As I spoke to the many tellers, 3 personal banker, branch manager, customer support and all of them have told me. Oh we took care of it, you won’t need to worry about it anymore. But yet it’s still any issue 2 years late. Nusenda you all, really need to work on your customer service skills and figuring out how to correctly remove someone’s paid loans from their account so they’re not dealing with it every month for two years.

At this branch the people working in customer service dept. They are extremely slow and layed back. They take forever to assist the customer. They don't care how long you wait. They seen to be always be on break. Now the tellers are great they work for their money.

Was charged 35$ at least 20 times for 1.60 1.58 charges. Never was offered assistance. They enrich themselves off the poor. Shame on them

Nice people helped both me and my gf with credit cards. Their cards have some of the best rates I've ever seen and is the best bank I've ever had. Improved my credit with their secured cards and now its way better than I'd ever thought it'd be.

I used to really like Nusenda until recently. They clearly don’t train their staff as I have had not one, but several issues with their staff providing incorrect information. I also had an electronic funds transfer TO them from another bank that they put a hold on and did not inform me until I called to find out why I had no access to the funds. Violation of regulation E, receiving bank is supposed to credit immediately. I decided to move mine and my kids accounts to another CU

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I've never had to wait very long at all to get either a teller or a personal banker to take care of my business. The place is always clean, even the restrooms! My girlfriend even switched her accounts here as she was very impressed by the place and experience she had with the staff.

09/18/23 Never again. "Mary" in Member Solutions has guaranteed for my next financial needs ill go else where. I'll pay off my 3rd car loan and 2nd signature loan and you can kiss my on time payments goodbye.
Just because Mary has a lonely weekend receiving no respect at home or at work, she can keep her condescending attitude to her dogs. They'll put up with it, I won't.

I’ve had accounts here since 2004 before they were Nusenda (NMEFCU), and never had an issue here. I once had an identity theft issue and the thieves somehow stole an entire paycheck on payday. I reported it to Nusenda and they immediately covered the stolen amount and I never had to worry about it.
Notice that most of the complainers in the reviews are in debt and are financially irresponsible so they blame the credit union’s policies for their own struggles… just something to think about… nonetheless, I’ve had nothing but great service/experiences here and I have always and still do recommend Nusenda to friends/family.
