If you belong to a regular bank you really should move your account over here. No monthly fees and great service.

I was making a purchase and needed VIP approval. The bank needed to verify me and I spoke with Customer Service and an awesome person named George helped me out. He went above and beyond helping me. He asked when I would be making the purchase and called me personally the next morning (twice) to make sure my transaction went smoothly by contacting card services while I was on the phone with him. We need more people like George in our lives. Thank you.

Slow service. Long lines. Only two tellers. They should have people conducting anything other than withdrawals sign in. This is ridiculous.

Worst bank ever first they stole 60.00 out of my account because it was sent to a dead card and they refused to refund it! Even though 3 agents told me I should get it back! Then when I tried to buy a weight bench I realized I was being scammed so I called and stopped the transaction immediately the money stayed in my account it was fine. Then 3 weeks later with no warning they retook the money saying that we needed to pay this even though we never received a weight bench! And once again after dealing with multiple agents they basically told me “sucks to be you”! In there perfossional voices! I hope my story will help u all to realize not only are they scam artist but they support scam artist and help them take your money!

Still So Disappointed With Nusenda I Went to the Drive thru and the lady was rude.. This was a month ago..
My Daughter n Law went in today 5/6/2021 to pay My Son's Bill and the Lady in the drive thru was Very Rude as well she made Her right down all the information instead of asking her. Something needs to be done with this branch.. I give your bank Zero Star's because all The Lady's are all Rude..

I have been coming here for a couple years and this morning I had a terrible interaction with Desiree. I’m trying to get money from my own account, and she says she needs to verify my identity by sending a code to my phone. I asked her when this became policy, she said, “ this is just for me because I’ve never seen you before.” Normally, to verify my identity they ask for my ID. It doesn’t matter if she’s never seen me before I have my card and pin, I deal with a different person every time I go. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, and I will speak to a manager regarding my visit.
