horrible horrible customer service and do not ever work with Priscilla. She wasted three days of mine and couldn’t care less about the situation she put me in by lying and beating around the bush. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Such indecent treatment the way they’ll leave you on hold so long the phone starts ringing again. Instead of working with me i was continually hung up on. Priscilla continued to help anyone else before taking me seriously after I finally got upset with her playing around with my time and day. Do not ever come to this location I know I wont be.

Just called to ask what my options are in regards to my loan as I just recently lost my job but got another one. The woman who answered the phone didn't even give her name, and she was extremely rude about me not being able to pay. I told her I just got my job and was doing all the trainings at home but she was more focused on when I got paid. I said I wasn't sure that I was more focused on my trainings and she just responded with "you should know when you get paid" she also just attempted to force me down into one of their offices. They used to have phenomenal customer service but I'm not sure about it now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife tried to make a payment online on Friday 1/15. The the balance was $149 but she was unable to pay online due to the site not letting her. Online said she had to call the office or go in to make final payment. She then called in to make the payment where they took her info and supposedly processed her payment but did not get verification from them or email to confirm. The transaction did not come out of our account. We then attempted to call the next 3 days with no answer from them. Finally on Tuesday 1/19 the payment showed as pending on our account but was $185 which was $36 more than was quoted online. We attempted to ask the manager about it but she was rude, unprofessional, and basically said oh well that’s your problem. We asked to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager there’s no one else you can speak to. Fine we paid $36 more not a big deal. But considering the managers bad attitude and poor customer service we will definitely not go back here when we need help.

My loan was just transferred from another company to them and they are almost impossible to get in touch with. Every time I call the local office they hang up on me and they want to charge an extra $4 no matter how I try to pay with my debit card. I will never get a loan from them.

Their services are awful. They hung up on me twice. Just got transferred from security fiance to them. So far I'm really dissatisfied with the service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially at the El Paseo location
