I have been with Unity Bank for 10+ years. I will finally be switching banks for other reasons I will not disclose in this review but I wanted to comment on this particular branch. 0 customer service skill. Probably the worst branch out of the 7 I have been to. Incredibly unfriendly. Anything you go there for will end you leaving like you have bothered them in some way.

Great bank overall but it seems to me this branch has lost allot of it's friendly feeing. They don't even say hello one of the reasons I continue to bank here is it did not feel corporate like a Chemical Bank. Maybe it's the move across to the street maybe just different people but it use to feel like a bank of old time now just another back

Lovely bank. After being with a well known, big bank for decades, I decided to try a more local bank. From the first time I called to set up an appt to open an account with them, I was pleasantly surprised. A real person, Leena, actually answered the phone in less than 3 rings. There was no automated system with a bunch of options to finally get to a live person. I had spoken to Leena over the phone and when I walked in for my appt, I was greeted with a smile and by my name. She quickly set up my accounts and answered all my questions. I’ve since returned a few times for other transactions and always greeting by a warm welcome and smile from the staff. Leena somehow still remembers my name! I’ve dealt with Bobbie for deposits and opening a CD and she is always such a pleasure to work with. It is such a different experience compared to the bigger banks. A better experience. I highly recommend this bank.
