If you plan on getting a fast good loan, here is not the place.
While their service is not so bad, everything takes time for no good reason.
They take care of one person a day or something like that, and they call you back at the end of the day to tell you what you still have to do, and by the time you do it, they are already closed and you must wait until tomorrow.
I was referred to this place by a friend, who said he was happy, and in the beginning I was happy to, and I even referred a different friend, but now I will stop to send people here.

I've been a member here since 1992 and have had a very good relationship with this institution. And if a problem ever did occur, they were eager to correct it. This place works with you. I can't quite understand why there are so many negative reviews.

As a perspective customer, I read all the negative reviews and decided to ignore, then I tried calling for some account information...my "free" time is lunch between 12 & 1pm this is when I can conduct my personal business. Three phone calls and they can not be bothered to answer the phone. DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Decent experience. Staff is friendly and has always resolved my issues with speed and care. The mobile app is not the greatest compared to some bigger banks but it gets the job done. The branch is clean and welcoming. My biggest gripe is with the drive-thru ATM; the screen doesn't work half the time and you can barely read the text at night. Overall would recommend credit unions over regular banks.

Service within the Neptune branch office is overall great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s hard to believe the call in customer service is horrible in comparison. There short, rude, not helpful and at times makes no sense. I called with an unauthorized withdrawal that caused an insufficient funds charge. There answer? “not my problem“. One of many issues..... I’m currently searching. Very sad because there convenient location.
