On the front side, Marlin was great to work with; especially Loretta - first rate service. But then...
At one point in time Marlin (apparently soon to be Peak Solutions) had fairly good customer service, a few years back. About a year before COVID things started to go downhill; once COVID hit all bets were off. At 2.5 years later it's even worse.
Case in point; 2 years ago I told them the equipment they keep sending me tax bills no longer exists. I told them this last year and again now. I did manage to get a very nice woman on the phone last week (yes, she worked in sales - like I said, great service on the front side) and she said that she would refer it to a manager and I would get a confirmation email. Nope, no email.
I called back today - yes to sales because they wont answer any other line - after speaking with a very nice gentleman he put me into a que. I was #16 and my expected wait time was 45mins. At 18 mins into the call I was still #9 and the time had gone up to 51mins.
I would strongly encourage you to look to other avenues.

Update: Customer Service has reached out and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
PEAC consists of no actual customer support. There's a call center but they can't do anything except take your payment. I've had the same billing problem for 3 months now and cannot get ahold of anyone who can actually solve anything. Go to their website to find help? There's no actual contact numbers, emails, or persons. Send an email to the one on your bill? No response either. It stuns me that you overpay for a printer for 3 years, get no tech support unless you pay, get hounded by calls if you bill is 1 day late; still no actual humans who can solve a problem. Save yourself the headache and money and just buy a printer/scanner/fax machine.

Incompetent. They didn't used to be. But now...
Do not make deals with them. If you're recommended them, I would choose someone else.
They were Marlin solutions. Now they like to ignore calls. Ignore emails. Tack on late fees when you can't get in contact with them to explain ahead of time.
And when they tell you they forgave the late fees, don't believe them. They'll tack it back on again. And they'll also turn on autopay, when you asked them not to.
And take ANOTHER PAYMENT when you've already paid for the month.
I don't know.whether to attribute it to massive layoffs and understaffing, incompetence, or something else. These are people's lives and money. If you can't staff properly and manage accounts, find someone who can.

This company is horrible when it comes to processing payments. Ever since I started making payments the company charges me a late fee EVERY MONTH even though I am on auto pay for the payment to be processed before the due date, in addition because I am on auto pay they've drafted DOUBLE the amount than the actual due payment. I've called in every month for the last 3-4 bill cycles and they assure me they have fixed the issue when in reality it's not. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENT IF YOU'RE ON AUTO PAY

It has been a fraudulent experience from beginning to end. The statements that show what the amount remaining on the contract is, but when you call them to actually buy it up front it is several thousand dollars more to do so. Getting … More
