Telemarketing spam. When I tried to file a formal complaint the woman who's a "senior advisor" sent them an email asking them to take my name off of a list. She was of no help when I tried to get the name of the telemarking company that gives them their leads, and I also asked what email she was sending this to, and she refused to tell me the domain name. They use shady telemarketing companies for their leads and are probably a very shady company themselves.
I've also tried to contact their main number, they give me a number of someone else. When I call that number, the call person answering the phones sends me to a voicemail that is completely full and hangs up on you. I've left my name and number with 2 different people and I am supposed to receive a call back so I can inquire further, but I'm assuming I'll never get this call. I'll update this if I do.
I would never recommend doing business with people of this nature. Nor would I recommend listening to their BS about being BBB certified, as you can pay the BBB to remove negative feedback.
DO NOT TRUST!
This company needs to stop using telemarketing as a way of getting leads!

Total scam! They have been calling me for a year two to three times a day. I have pretended to. e interested and went thru their sales pitch, they always want bank info, I gave them info to an old bank account with less then $100 in it so they could supposedly deposit $25K and they actually withdrew every penny in the amount and won't take my calls! I reported them to FTC but have not heard anything back. Even though they scam me they still call me constantly trying to give me a "loan"!

Absolutely the worst type of company for anyone to ever deal with!
I asked if they could give me the name of the company who CONSTANTLY
calls me from every state to hide who they are. They acted like they
have no idea who they work with. The guy wouldn't even give me his
managers name or any name at all. I just want the calls to stop.
I wasn't calling to yell. I wouldn't work with this company ever!
Plus I asked their rates and they said approximately 18-23%.
Sounds like Usury to me and last time I checked that was illegal!

I keep receiving robocalls from this company. They have a pretty aggressive call center pre-screening the responses, and if you so much as ask them which company they represent, CLICK, they hang up. They called me at least once a day for a week. I was finally able to con my way through the call center hags by impersonating an Indian businessman. Once I convinced them that I was legit, they passed me onto the "closer" at their home-base in Middletown NJ. So it took me a while, but I was finally able to track down their corporate roots and file a REAL complaint with the FTC.

Capital Advance Solutions LLC Has been calling me despite the fact that I am on the "National Do Not Call Registry," and that I have asked them to stop calling and to leave me alone. If they can't do their advertising and customer development ethically, how can they be trusted with your financial business?
