Disappointed on the customer service of this credit union office. ATM cards are always malfunctioning this is an on again problem, this will be my third card. When I informed rep of the ongoing issue, she denied that is this my third card with the issue. She stated stated this is the first she heard of this issue. I asked first if the ATM card touchless card reader, and my second question was for information on the company that is processing this cards. Reps response was they company that process this cards to not offer touchless cards and she could not provide me with that information because only they are allowed to contact that company. Also she didn't seem to understand this is very inconvenient to me since they are 1 1/2 way from me, all she kept stating we can issue a check that could be mailed out. I have no had access to my money for how many days, and the days and hours they are open are Monday through Friday 10:00am- 3:00pm not even open one day late or Saturday hours. People work at least offer one day week late or a Saturday. This credit union was great! Now the service is terrible and they are not their to help but to make this harder.

I have been a member since I am 18. I am now 59. Banking with this credit union versus any commercial bank is a night and day experience. The personal touch and actual friendships I have made with the staff is unreal. But what happened today is something I had to share. I am in the middle of purchasing a new home and although I am a very well qualified applicant, the mortgage company has been putting me through the wringer with minutia requirements and delay after delay in my closing date. When I called my one bank, bank of america and explained I needed something, they told me to make an appt on a Saturday. When I got there they told me to get in line outside anyway. When they eventually saw me they could not get a printer working and 40 minutes later near closing time they rushed me out with my request in an envelope and it was all wrong. When I called my Scwab investment account for help with something they had to request a letter that they said would take 24-48 hours and a weel later I still have nothing. But today, at the last minute with my back against the wall, I needed something from this credit union. I called, they answered, they listened, they executed immediately and sent me what I needed to the T. I could not thank them enough, but I tried. There are legitimate reasons why I have to have other commercial bank accounts as well, and why I applied for a mortgage elsewhere or why I invest with Schwab...but NONE of them are as easy and caring and personal as the credit union. It's like my mom or sister works there. I can say enough, as evidence by this long review. FDU FCU is just plain wonderful to myself and all their members.

Great service and friendly staff. The loan rates are great and they really try to help you when you are in a bad spot and need help. You should join if you can.
