Use literally ANYONE besides this financial group. They will destroy you, your credit, and everything you stand for. They have no respect and take illegal short cuts everywhere. Well, illegal until their thousands of attorneys spin the truth to make it sound legal.

I can’t imagine these horrible reviews of this company, but then these people would be in contact with “customer service” because they’ve not made their monthly payment. I have a 72 month loan on a Lexus with them and the old fashioned customer service they provided me was priceless.

I leased a car on July 5, 2014 and have had nothing but issues throughout the process. This is my third vehicle, but first time leasing. I was extremely uncomfortable with signing a lease in general as I had not been through the process before. After talking through the details, I was fine with it and the manager at the dealership made me feel comfortable in my decision.
In the weeks following everything was a downward spiral. I called numerous times to get information on my lease (both dealership and Hann). You would think the bank would start hounding you immediately about your first payment. The dealership kept telling me "it's common for this bank to send you the leasing information about 30-40 days after you sign the lease." After about two more weeks I find out that this is the first lease that the majority of the people at the dealership had even done with this bank (red flag). I finally reached out to the bank and got actual information this time and they told me that they had not even received any paperwork from the dealership (this is after my first payment is due).
At this point I can't get anyone to give me straight answers. Over one month after signing my lease, I had to go in and sign new paperwork because there was a 13 cent discrepancy on the tax info. The DMV and dealership both agreed on the amount listed, but for some reason Hann calculated a different amount with THE SAME percentage. Then when I'm there, I'm told my second payment is still due on time (less then two weeks away at this point)! My second payment is due in two days and this ridiculous bank still hasn't cashed my first check or given me information on my account. They claim they have no information on me still. I'm driving a vehicle supposedly leased through them ... for free?. Be careful signing a lease with this bank. Every time I call and speak to someone in customer service they act like I'm the inconvenience.

The absolute crooks of the Car Leasing business. They charge a higher disposition fee and mileage rate than everyone else, only do final appraisals in NJ so if your car gets damaged getting towed there they will charge you for it (always take pictures of everything with proof of date so you can dispute them on it), they will nickel and dime you on damage/wear and tear charges, $175 for a missing key. If a dealership uses Hann for their leases, immediately exit the building and find another dealership, because no dealer should be using anything other than the manufacturer's leasing company anyway.
Just look at the quality of the website and try using their horrible customer service. They are a joke.

Had a terrible customer service experience with Haan financial. After making all of my monthly payments on 2 leases over the course of 3+ years, there was a discrepancy on damages after lease return. After speaking with the settlement folks they agreed to email me images of damages in order for the settlement to be paid. Weeks and months passed and no email was received. After receiving letters from collection agencies months later I was finally sent the images I had previously requested, reviewed them, agreed and settled the balance. During this time my credit has been damaged due to their failure to send the agreed upon email in a timely manner. When speaking to Haan I was told that my conversation never took place, was politely called a liar and was told there was nothing they could or would do at this point. As I will never use or refer their services I would advise please stay away from this company at all costs. Not worth the headache.
