I bought a car in Dec. Of 2019 in August my car was in a flood and deemed a total loss. The insurance paid the remaining balance of my loan in August. Since August I have been trying to get a total loss payoff letter to give to the next bank I finance from. I repeatedy called and asked for the letter since ftom I finally recieved the letter on October 22nd 2020 it was a RWO SENTENCE LETTER with no details no payoff amount no NOTHING. All it said was as of "date" the car has been paid in full. The Bank actually thinks I WROTE THIS LETTER. of course when you call and email you get no response. So not only did I LYFT for 70 bucks to the car lot thinking i would be driving off in another car I had to sit there untill 9:57 when they close at 9:00. Of course they dont care because they get to drive there cars everyday. I am beyond upset not to mention embarrased. Being turned away infront of a dealership full of people and having to use 140 of my down payment to get top and from a dealership that I have been turned down from. Very embarrased and hurt upset and angey. How do people sleep at night knowing they are negatively affecting someones livelihood!!!!

So they get you in by stating that they want to help you. Then when life happens and how this world is right now. There is no help given AT ALL!! I get that obligations need to be made however if you stay in contact and advise what is going on. Why hurt them and kick them under the bus when they’re down. It’s not like they are a high end establishment. If you’re going to help, then help. Don’t play help. Karma doesn’t like greediness. Have the day you deserve!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
I fell behind on one of my payments due to my daughter and myself falling sick, which lowered my pay. It has been a struggle to get my account back up to a current status. However, I have been in constant contact with them about it.
I went on their website to make a payment - 1. there website is awful, 2. it showed only one payment being due & 3. it would only allow me to make one payment and not two. So, I paid one payment.
Kristin who is the manager for this company sent me an email to contact them about a payment that is past due. I called them today (11/20), and let me tell you - whoever I spoke to, (she didn't provide me her name) was one of the most rudest reps I have ever spoken to. She told me that the second payment was due, and I asked if I could make both payments on 12/2 and asked if that would bring my account current... I tried to talk to her to make a plan to get my account current.
Let me tell you, she stated that Kristin told her the payment was due this Friday (11/24) and that since she helped me out once, the latest she could extend it was to the 24th of November. I told her that I would see what I could do since falling sick caused me to fall behind, she did not respond to what I said and just hung up on me.
--------
*If you have low/bad credit, please DO NOT use their services. They treat their customers like dogs, and DO NOT care about any hardship that life may throw at you, and will instantly threaten to repossess your car. This is the most heartless company I have EVER come in contact with, and although I love Gormley's Auto where I got my car from, I will no longer go through them again because of the simple fact they use them.
I hope this review helps prevent someone else from going through what I and others have had to go through with this company.
As another reviewer stated: karma will come around on this company because of the way they speak and treat their customers.
