Treated my wife like trash, Turkin used a condescending tone with her; when I got involved, the manager instantly threw the race card up. Moving to a better bank.

Customer service is terrible unless in person. No matter what time of day you call, they are always experiencing "a high call volume" and expect to wait 10-20 minutes for service. That is except for the times that you automatically get disconnected after waiting for 10 minutes. The only time you can get anyone on the phone is after midnight, when you get the out sourced call center that has little to no information regarding your account. The people in the branch locations are great, and really nice, but the back office service is terrible. I transferred all my money for business transactions to HRCU, and highly recommend them (they actually answer the phone and work for HRCU, not an off shore call center). Too bad because before when you could actually call the branch locations, the service was great....Now it's like trying to sell your time share. I plan to close my account as soon as I transfer all my online payments.

They are the worst at stereotyping people and they pick people who dont get thousands deposited in to their accounts and they choose people who live payday to payday with barely any money going into their account and then they freeze those accounts without warning or anything. I found out mine was frozen from them when I went to reregister my vehicle and my card was declined but I had the money to cover it but because im not a big money maker my account is frozen and they dont do what they say they will. They dont communicate with other staff in the branch.

Union bank that has yet to even bother to fix new atm machine that doesn't allow deposit to go in. So you force to either go to walmart or Portsmouth, Epping, Rochester atm machine for deposit and others very uncovient for memebers. the hours bite now and rules have change im pretty much closing up my service credit union account

Service Credit Union handled my credit card being hacked wonderfully. I received a text stating I had a possible fraudulent charge with a phone number to call to get it handled. Within a 4 minute call I had the charge disputed, my old card deactivated, and a new card being shipped. It was a great experience overall with the nicest woman on the other end of the phone.
