Consider this a 0 star review, as they didn't even earn a star in my interactions. Asked for information regarding a home loan. The process took over 2 weeks, the employee was rude, spend weeks between responses, and then sent a nasty, rude email insulting almost every aspect of my application.
Went through another bank, had an actual appointment within 2 days and talks are going just fine.
My recommendation: if you're looking for a mortgage, look elsewhere.

Over $3000 was stolen from my account. I filed a dispute on the same day of this happening. Nearly two weeks later, I’ve been getting next to no help. I’ve had to wade through ludicrously long wait times over the phone, and in person, to simply check on the progress of the dispute. The service representatives seemed just as clueless as me. They either told me there was little they could do, or gave me empty promises. If you link up with this bank, they will do little to assist you when things get bad.

Banking is so much more enjoyable since I switched over to Service Credit Union. I have Savings, Checkings, and car loans with them. I highly recommend SCU to anyone who is eligible. Their online banking is also the cleanest I've experienced in the industry. Great rates, great customer service, and no complaints.

I have had my savings there for 4 years. I wanted a bank check for a large amount, so I didn't have to carry the cash. I was told that there is a $3.00 fee. So I withdrew the money and went to a more local bank and got it for free.

The AI banking assistant will not allow me to talk to an agent. It indicates this to be an option but them promptly disconnects the call. I have tried 3 times with the same results.
