I’ve been banking with Mascoma for at least 10 years now. I absolutely love all the branches! Everyone is so nice and personable. Whenever I’ve needed assistance the employee’s/managers go out of their way to help. I’ve never had a bad interaction and would highly recommend Mascoma Bank to anyone who asked.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to change my phone number with them since I moved almost a year ago. I’ve gone there in person to fill out a form more than once, I’ve called them more than once. They still have my home number from my former residence on my account. Mind you, I haven’t lived there for 11 months. I got locked out of my online banking today and I can’t reset my password until Monday when I can call them because the only way to reset it online is to have a code called or texted to the phone number I haven’t had in 11 months. You can supposedly have a code texted to some Authenticator app but the only way to access that is to buy a subscription. I will be switching banks ASAP

There customer service is really bad. Never seen such bad service. They are constantly getting your card and account information lost or stolen. There constantly having to send new cards out. And most of the time the cards dont show up or "get lost". There Atms are always out of service all the time or issues. I dont trust them, they do nothing the I help with problems. I started banking with another bank that is far far better in all aspects. And I banked with them for years. They gone down hill quality of service wise.
Find another bank trust me, you wont regret it

We are confident in our choice to finance our home with Mascoma Bank as referred to us by our attorney and closing agent Hudkins Law PLLC. Our loan officer gave us really great, sound advice above and beyond his duties. To learn after that this is a certified B-corporation made it all the more necessary to recommend working with this great institution.

There website says open til noon on Saturday and I walked in at 11:50 and they were already and it was too late to go to a different location so thanks for that. Try updating your website so people can make other accommodations
