Nothing but issues with this bank. Online banking issues and crashes all the time. Branch hours are anything but convenient for a business. Potential fraudulent activity on account so the bank decided to close bank card without my knowledge and send a new card. Another business received the card. Thankfully there are honest people in this world that give people their mail even when it looks like junk mail. Card has not worked since I received it. Pin works when it wants where it wants. I will never conduct any business with this bank in the future. Unreliable and inconvenient.

Me and my partner love this bank! They have always helped us with minor to major issues involving banking. The staff is friendly and more than helpful. The branch manager Norman is the kindest and best manager. Ctizens is very lucky to have him!

Update 7-19-22 Forget fees, this CLOSED account is still sucking $100 per month from my Service Credit Account (as it USED to be designed to do) but now the account is CLOSED and it is still taking $100 per month into a dead/closed account.
I've dealt with the Keene Manager who is, by the way, very nice, but c'mon, STOP this. I've been on the phone for an hour, disconnected 3x and it's unresolved. Advice KEEP AWAY!
Old review
This bank will FEE you to death. Little advance notice, so if you're away for a few months, whammo, come back to a pile of "new" fees. Sure it's legal--but it is rude!
Lately they started charging $4.99 per month on my two savings accounts that I was essentially forced to take. (I only wanted 2 checking accounts) Fees on SAVINGS ACCOUNTS??
Recommended: Service Credit Union, and I find that TD Banknorth doesn't play such games.
Goodbye Citizens Bank!

Tons of hidden fees!
My daughter had an account for a short time and was hit with countless fees and had numerous issues with her back card needing to be reset.
When she opened an account with Chime (no fees, deposit 2-5 days early, $50 referral bonus) and immediately closed her CB account.
Ever since then, she's been receiving scam phone calls and emails. Finally in Sept, she managed to track down where her info was bought-Citizens Bank sold her info.
Be careful. Your information should be private. Knowing your SS number is floating around for anyone to access is dangerous and shouldn't happen.

Just moved into town and wanted to open new accounts with Citizens. No phone was answered when I tried calling to see if appointments were needed so went in and was told to schedule an appointment. Answer your phones or have proper staff. No worries I’m going elsewhere to open checking and other accounts
