I was given a monthly payment to pay off the loan and it was decreasing but it keeps going back to the original balance no matter how much I pay causing me to pay well over the amount that I owe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they’ll never let you pay it off.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews , but hey everyone’s situation is different. I’m a rarely new customer and they’ve been nothing but good to me. Had Covid, I’ve been out of work for almost 2 months and I’m a disabled veteran. I can say they’ve worked with me! They were never nasty to me and I spoke to several different people. It’s been difficult for everyone during this pandemic and they’ve definitely understood that. Be mindful in how you speak to people( I mean especially if they have your most valuable information I mean come on) , communication is always a plus!!

I have been a member for 10+ years. They are there for you when you need and advance or an increase. I have done everything on line or by phone. I personally would recommend NH Cash for a loan.

I have had a loan since 2021. I was able to borrow more about 3 times or 4!! They are very nice and easy to do business with. They have come to my rescue on each occasion. I don’t understand the complaints people have. I strongly would refer anyone to do business with them!

Very good loan company as far as interest rates and excellent payment options. The only drawback is the time it takes to get a line of credit approved. I would definitely recommend if you don't need the cash same day or within the same week. But good company.

Horrible customer service. Can not get through to anyone on phone it disconnects every attempt. Email them and they just don’t respond! Been waiting on funds for more then 2 weeks now. Got put in a bind money wise and was planning on using funds to make payment and was assured the request would be processed by end of last week. Still have yet to receive $ and now payment is late!

Absolutely horrible, I have been a customer for a while now the customer service is a joke It has been 3 weeks now and still money in my account and customer service all they will say was there are people that have been waiting since September 11 Because of a computer Error now I know our computer guys would have something fixed in a couple days. How long is this take you said in the previous review that only a few people were affected according to your reps you need to coach them a little better because they’re saying everybody is affected. I’m almost ready just say forget it
