If I didn't have direct deposit for my child support and my daughter's SSI coming into one of the accounts I would close all my accounts with them. My daughter's designated back pay went into an account that was supposed to have NO FEES because she is under 18. They have been charging fees every month. I've called to try and fix it to no avail. I am mad beyond belief. I am accountable for every penny in that account and where it is spent. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS and then they get taken over by Interstate Bank and service goes to hell.

They used to be great until I lost my job and they couldn't help me out. Lately, they have been crooked. Cancelled my card without telling me, and couldn't wait to start charging me $12 every day continuous over draft fees, even though I told them when I could pay it. If they had just waited, it would have been paid off. Now I'm negative over $700. This is how banks get their money. The government shut down really hurt, and they use it as a profit. Such is life, I guess. But I wouldn't go here if you're a government employee or ever need assistance with your account. Adel is probably the only decent person at this branch, she's always been sweet and tries her best.
Changed my review to one star. I deposited money, and it was positive for a day. Next day, they decided to take away my deposit, but they still charged me and let other auto charges go through. I called, the lady argued with me saying my account was closed, but she couldn't tell me why I was still being charged or how to bring my account positive if they can't even accept my deposit. She was so rude. I finally hung up on her and called a corporate call center, and they did what this Branch couldn't do: help their customer. I was able to bring my account back up and make the deposit. And my account wasnt closed like the dumb lady in Beatrice said it was. I'm going to a different bank, and leaving Great Western. The people in Beatrice are incompetent and will lie to you. They will move your money around and not tell you why or what you can do. They will not help you.
