The management in the collections department is horrible and I feel sorry for the people who work under these rude men. Recently they took a large sum of money out of my bank account that they were not authorized to charge (I have a reference number on there end when the automated payment was cancelled). Since it occured on a Friday I was told that I would get a phone call at 8 am when Jason Hunter, the supervisor, got in and was promised that everything would get expeditied to get my funds back into my account on Monday. I never received a call from Jason until 5:15 pm - in the mean time I spoke with another individual David Allen, who is supposedly a manager and was informed that Jason was out of the office for the day and that he would check into it and call me right back- well I am still waiting on that return phone call. The customer service skills at this place is a joke not once has either manager/ supervisor/ clown empathize or acted that they were in a rush to get my money refunded. I was told they were refund my overdraft fees but I have no faith in that happening since it is hard for them to refund something that is an error on their end.

Refused to cancel a pending payment that was scheduled in error. This caused other bills that were paid to be returned unpaid. This action caused problems at the bank with my account. Payment had already been made and account was current.
