Worst Experience Ever!!!. They are professional liars. Told me they report to Equifax. After paying them on time for 5 years, they did not report. Called them several times about issue and received more lies and they do not return calls. If you are building credit, do not do business with them!!! They deserve no stars.

They alter checks! Checks written for one amount will be changed and they are all in cohoots! They will lie!!! Period! Avoid this cesspool! Nick thinks his employees aren't liars because Audrey is 106 yrs old and been there forever!!

Especially Mrs. Audrey Smith at the front desk. Mrs. Smith is one of the main reasons I've been a loyal customer of Royalty Finance for over 15yrs and she just keeps getting better. The perfect people person, the most compassionate problem solver and wonderfully witty. Thank you Mrs. Smith for always making sure that my automatic payments are working, contacting me whenever there's a problem and helping me to clean up any messes I make with my accounts. Thank you again and again !

Don't. Just don't. It was all good and great to start. I have NEVER missed a payment or been late. I have always maintained insurance coverage and I am an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER. In fact so good I was offered a loan through them as well. That said, AUDRY at this company is the RUDEST human being I have ever encountered. She TURNED OFF MY CAR because she did not get my email that she was too busy talking to someone else to listen to me, on March the 30th. She said she didn't get it. No call back no hey what happened she TURNED MY CAR OFF and left me and my 3 kids stranded with NO WAY to contact anyone as they offer NO after hours services. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am looking to refinance now, you can thank your employee of the month for her straight neglect and failure to communicate for this review. I also will say that all I did was call my insurance company to get a better rate because I have been busting my butt to work on my credit score as well. That is the only reason there was an alert. NOTHING changed. You all should be ashamed. *** EDIT IN RESPONSE**** Based on the cheeky response to each complaint made this is what we get. I will surely be happy to continue to find a refinance company. I would pay a higher rate for better service. I don't drive daily being we have covid and I DID send the documents. I have the emails. So that is a big fat LIE! Thank you for this. It says a whole lot. I can't put you out of business but I will be spreading by word of mouth and I know a lot of people. Take your own advice and make it right rather then being RUDE! I absolutely think that this is the biggest mistake you could make. Again I did NOT change insurance companies. I have Geico have had for the last 7 years. So once again LIE and I can back it up with documented proof.

Had work done on my car, charged me for it. And the car still not fixed after they told me it was good. Told me if I don't want the car it would be considered a repossession. I trusted these people and they did me wrong. Engine light came on one day after picking car up. Air doesn't work heat or air conditioning. Air bag light on. . and I get charged

If you're thinking about financing a car, DO NOT finance through Royalty! They do business with shady car dealerships and could care less about how they treat their customers. If you have a problem, FORGET about getting help. They'll completely brush you off. But the most important thing? THEIR FINANCE RATES ARE RIDICULOUS - 22%!!!! So if you find a dealership and uses Royalty for financing ... RUN!! Go somewhere and find better rates and customer service!!

If you are looking to finance a car through royalty finance DO NOT!!! This place is horrible they pick and choose which dealership THEY want you to use the lady “Elizabeth” is TRAILER PARK TRASH very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE🤬🤬… FYI I received my car no thanks to these people. So if you are looking to finance a vehicle DON’T DO IT THROUGH royalty finance… Elizabeth you need to work on your customer service you toooooooo ghetto!!!!
