Check and double check when you go to this pawn shop especially when dealing with Rob the manger. He tried to lie to me about the interest on my loan before he contradicted himself. Then he continued to argue with me and try to make me listen to him explain his lie! He just had to have the last word and when I told him that he was running my blood pressure up, he said that I was running his blood pressure up. If you don’t want to deal with a petty full grown man, then I advise you to take your business elsewhere! This is why this establishment has a two star rating. It doesn’t deserve that! Cash American fire him and hire someone that is professional!

Kinda helpful but not extremely friendly. Some people need to realize that everyone doesn't come to these types of businesses everyday; sometimes extra information is needed. I have anxiety and didn't feel very comfortable being there because I had to keep asking questions.

Negotiations were short but to the point. I do believe I was given a fair price on my item. Very clear about expectations and requirements for the loan completion including options to make payments or simply pay off at once before the deadline. Just as expected from a good pawn shops. Cause I sure have come across some extra shady ones in my past experiences. 😂

Never again. Never do business here inless you want your items sold without warning! Sold my item before my final due date would not allow me to repurchase item after it was on the showroom floor. Stay away very bad

Beware of Faulty merchandise! I bought a 75 inch TV that did not even last a full year…. Now here we are again barely an hour into another purchase and it’s faulty. The manager said in so many words that there was no need for her or her cashiers to explain return policies because the buyer should already know. I do not recommend!!!!
