My experience with north state so far have been good. I’m a single mother of two it get hard sometimes financially but the employees at north state is very understanding and go out their way to help any way they can. They helped me get my car repair and they always give me time to pay my car payment. This is the type of finance company you want to deal with especially during hard times. Rain and Jennifer is two of the employees I admire the most they care about their customers and their very understanding.

If I could do negative stars I would. I purchased a vehicle a little over a month ago and dealership went with this company. Been waiting on a statement to pay forever. 4/30 received a call that my payment is now a DAY late, told them that I never received correspondence and that I had no idea when my payment was due. I was told to look on my contract and they do not send statements. I asked for a higher up manager. I told him how unprofessional the staff is and I made a payment because I was told I was a day late (less than 30 days after purchase), he stated I should have received a welcome packet which I obliviously did not. He emailed me over the contracts and 4 days later I received a welcome packet from him. Got a letter today stated they received notice of cancellation or intent to cancel from my auto insurance policy. I called my auto insurance who stated my policy is active and they can not find anywhere where something was sent out stating that. As you ready the letter from North State if you do not cover with insurance they charge a premium, which I am assuming is what they are doing here, trying to get more money. I work for the State of NC and they have been reported and my insurance company is calling corporate to notify them that no such was sent and obtain fax number and email to send "proof of insurance" never in my life have I dealt with a company that is so unprofessional or corrupt as this one. My vehicle will be refinanced with a professional organization

Absolutely the worst finance company! They will call you and harass you literally in the same month you owe. I was barely 30 days late and they repossessed my car! After I had tried to make payment arrangements with them and they stated if I did not pay in the same month they would repo my car ..absolutely ridiculous and I literally was going to pay two days after they repossessed it. They are extremely rude and unprofessional they try to tell you what you’re going to do with your own money.

If you are looking to finance with these monster's triple THINK! You can do better. They are not good to work.with and MICHELLE should not even be working nor should STEVEN,the manager.
They don't care of covid happened or your sick.
I do understand it is a business however these people have no conscious especially Michelle!
Michelle is a rude obnoxious woman who needs a skill or two in the customer service department. Some of my friends go here and they will be pulling out.

Horrible after the insurance company payed off vehicle from out of town insurance they recommend managed swindle me out 8,000 ans drag my credit score in the mud with 1103 rhem st . address kinston obvious personal reasons do not use North state Horrible experience. Still running my credit down target via 🙌 the office got 2 rate up here for reason
