All the people I dealt with were nice, but this company is just awful. Several months ago the previously flawless option to pay through the app stopped working. More recently the option to pay through their website also stopped working. I'd like to believe their IT department is just completely inept, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was done on purpose to get more late payments (hence more late fees).
Speaking of late fees, I never once missed a payment date and my balance did not reflect any late fees. When I called to pay off the last of my account (because at that point calling or visiting a branch was the only way for me to pay) I was informed that the amount I was proposing to pay (which was the exact amount showing on my account as outstanding) was about $28 shy of paying off my account as I had accrued a late fee multiple months prior. This fee did not show up on my account (on the app or the website) and I was never informed of it until I tried to make this final payment.
Tl;dr stay FAR away from this company unless you are truly desperate.

Paperwork has been mailed in and “lost” twice...once for the original loan application in May and the second time my information for auto draft in August. At the beginning of August I was contacted by Lendmark that there was a major issue and that the loan application was “lost” in the mail for a trailer I had purchased in May and needed to resubmit an application that was mailed by the trailer company in May. I received a call this AM that the information was “lost” in the mail for a second time for my auto draft. The company has no way to fill out your information online and they will not email you an auto draft form.....it’s 2019....what company can’t do that?!?!? This company is slack and obviously very disorganized if they are losing information multiple times. Now I have to mail in the auto draft for plus send it with tracking to make sure that they can’t say they never received it. I will never use Lendmark again and I would suggest that you don’t either.

I wouldn’t dare recommend there services , especially not for financing vehicles , if you miss The day of Your payment they hound you blowing your phone up , even when you explain your circumstances (A WHOLE PANDEMIC ISSUE) They still nag you and literally make you give them a date uncertain or not ! They Hound You aggressively as if your almost 5 months behind ! They claim their trying to help you but in the end it’s to cover there bases ! And the head manager is very rude ! Will never use this company again !!!!!

I received an email from them on December 9th saying someone from their staff would contact me about finishing my loan application. Here it is December 13th and still no one has contacted me.
