Poor service. Not customer oriented. Went 4 times to do a simple car refi loan. Don't waste your time here. Go to Truist Bank. Far more professional and courteous.

As a whole I love SECU but this particular branch not so much. The lady at the greeting table was nice and the teller but the person that opened my account was HORRIBLE. Due to Covid they got my information and they did all the paperwork in the office. He then came to the desk in the lobby to have us sign. When he approached us he didn't greet us, never told us his name, or informed us that he would be finishing the process. He walked up, sat down, and handed us papers to sign. He was not welcoming at all, very dry acting and cold. I'm a big person when it comes to customer service and he needs some training. No welcome to the bank, glad you decided to join us, no telling us other services they offer, NOTHING! If it wasn't rainy and cold I would have driven to a different branch in Leland to open my account. I had to ask him what his name was at the end because he NEVER told us. I would rather drive out of my way than to go back to this branch.

Sorry tellers. Don't care about anyone. Old people left in line for hours!! Sorry management no respect for cousterms!! I Hate To EVER go through the doors sorry Bank Every¡!!!!!

I have banked here for nearly 8 years… It is a busy branch and wait times can fluctuate depending on the time and day. I’ve never had poor service, with properly managed expectations. I won’t speak for the loans and advanced business dealings… but, tellers and general interactions have been great.
