Kathy was really helpful and patient with me, and got me the financing I needed for my truck. The whole experience with this company was above and beyond. Highly recommend the company and Kathy

If I could do negative stars I would!!! Rudest people I have ever met!! Repo’d my brothers car last night with no warning. Didnt leave a voicemail, text, email, nothing. Towed it an hour away bc they said he didn’t have insurance. And he had it the whole time!!! He had to Uber an hour there then they charged him $250 to get it out. We called to ask questions and she talked to me like I was a 2 year old. Sassy and rude! TERRIBLE customer service. And the manager Kathy was ten times worse!! I don’t know how they even stay in business with such hateful attitudes. Smart mouthing too. All bc of a mistake on their end he is over $300 in the hole and had to miss work to go get his car back and they tell him oh well. Trying to refinance as we speak to get away from this company!!!

I have never had a problem with anyone at this branch. Anytime I call, need information or have to change my automatic payment date for the month they have always been professional and kind with an upbeat friendly attitude. I have never been given any trouble or the run around in any way.
I am a real person I do not work for them or affiliated in any way with the exception they have my truck note.

Wish could give negative review. RUDE RUDE RUDE very hard to deal with they lie about working with their customers and then take your car in the middle of the night. GET WHAYEVER THEY SAY TO YOU IN WRITING!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD. Then when tried to pay late payments and repo fee, I was refused/denied that right. Girls upfront are rude nasty to customers answer the phone rude too. Just don’t deal with this place...RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

I used to never have any problems with this company and have always made payments every month. But when you really need the help, they sure aint there to help you no matter what its for and no matter how much of a loyalty customer you are b/c we have been with them for a really long time. I used to refer people to give them a try but today that has really changed my mind. I will send people to a different company that I used to use. It's sad when you need help b/c you were in the hospital very unexpected but still got your payments in with a struggle.
