Huge place, don't usually go here but probably won't again, only two people helping customers and one made a point to run away as soon as I got in line leaving only one girl to help customers. She acted like I wasn't there for a while I had to stare at her for a good minute before she offered to help. She didn't seem too thrilled to be there.

Don't bank with them if you not affliant. They are no help when it comes to service customers in a friendly matter. They simply don't care when it comes to your money they just care about theirs. Sadly I've been a member here since 2007. That should let you know how much they care. They don't return the loyalty back, no customers appreciation here.

Out of all the SECU i have ever used this is the worst. Two weeks the coin machine down. There is always a long line with 1/2tellers why? I used it because it closest to my work but now I'll just take my business to another branch then even step foot in the parking lot
