It's a great bank to have an account with. I love the customer service either you can do Face to face or at the teller.

After inquiring about my auto insurance payment going up & being assured over the phone I only can cancel my auto insurance if I filled out proper forms online &/or mailed in those forms. Only to later receive a letter in mail stating that my auto insurance policy has been closed. Yes I was late on payment but I have been before and it wasn't even 100s of dollars. Yet I was assured that my policy was not be closed unless I signed forms requesting so

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Please stay away from this place when it comes to auto loans. I have had the worse experience with them with simple request like making principle payments online & getting a simple 10 day payoff. Now that I am closing my auto loan ive asked for the savings account I didnt ask for to be closed & the response was " once we get your loan closed out we will send your money. This bank has done everything to make me not regret my decision to leave ..Thankfully I have switched my auto loan relationship with another financial institution.

Several interactions with employees that prove them to be rude and impatient. Worst was being put on hold for over 12 minutes and then being hung up on. They are curt and uninterested in recognizing the customer is the reason for their job. Typical southern I’m-better-than-you GOP mind set. Truly hope pride goes before the fall.

Worst bank ever you have people sitting there but you have to talk to a screen they take your money you ask for a refund they say yeah but it takes 2 days 2day come still not in your account. Now they call you and say it's 5-7days to get the refund. So it different stories being told. The relationship manager Tina goes to the back of the bank & hides for 45min+ & don't answer.
