Rude and has poor customer service skills. Her tone and attitude is by far the worse I've ever heard coming through "customer service" I rated 2 stars solely because Marcus is a fine fellow, very respectable and understanding. Although I would highly recommend finding a different finance company, and will gladly refinance through another company.

Warning! Do not finance a car through this company unless you want to end up paying $10,000 more than what you got the car for! The interest and fees are absurd! My little 2015 toyota corolla was purchased for $14,800 and ill end up paying $25,000 by the end of my loan term with this company! This place needs investigated and some rude employees here need FIRED!
UPDATE: They are professional scam artist. My payments have been made extra early and they want to increase my balance as if i was late when i was NOT! Lucky i just got refinanced with a better more professional business!

Terrible company and very rude staff. I called Jessica today asking her some general questions about my car payment. I couldn't hear her and I asked if she could repeat it and she responded with "I've already explained this....Would you like to talk to my Manager" in a very rude, snotty attitude like I was a inconvenience for asking a question. The manager was just as bad...A bitter old lady with a "I don't care attitude" and just as rude and snotty as Jessica previously was. She was unable to explain to me why I've been paying almost $100 extra for the last 6 months for a 3 month lapse in insurance. Nor could she explain to me how my car payment was permanently raised by almost $30 for the next remaining 4 years of my loan. She said it was all in my paperwork and to look at it. I looked at my documents that was given to me by Kia of Greer and nothing she claims can be found anywhere in the paperwork. They charge me a processing fee every month in order to take my car payment. They have been saying since January that "next month" my car payment will be back to normal which I found out today was just another lie. If you are even one dollar short of making the full payment they will not accept your payment. Jessica has refused to take my payment of $330 numerous months because it wasn't the $380 they wanted for some kinda of monthly fees they made up. Keep in mind...I signed and agreed to $314 monthly car payments and with the exception of the first two months...I haven't paid anything under $340 and I've had this car almost a year now. If I didn't get someone else to refinance it, I would have paid more for this used car than it was worth when it was brand new. Buyer beware....Your payment will not be even close to what was legally agreed upon. You will be charged a processing fee every month you make a car payment. If your even a penny short (and you will be cause every month you pay something different will all their made up fees) they will refuse to take your payment and threaten to repose your car. If you have any questions they can not and will not answer them in a professional manner.

I would like to encourage anybody who has been taken advantage of by this company, to file a general consumer complaint with the attorney general at ncdoj.gov
While those of us who continue to get "legally robbed" it is important to file a complaint, each complaint filed will shine a light onto the shady practices of this business and the better chance we the consumers will get justice!

Horrible place to get something finaced through. Making payments is a nightmare since they updated their site. Payments made online (the most commin nowadays) now require you to register an account which gets locked out of permanently after a bit of time has passed. Payments have a grace period but the company blows up your contact lines if you are .001 milliseconds late on payments. Do not go here!

Did not receive loan from them. The man I talked to was very helpful even went out of his way for me. Just on customer service alone. If I could I would do business with them.
