Im Tired of getting harassed all the time with emails text messages and phone calls 24/7!!! Yes i know my payment is due DO NOT CALL ME UNLESS IM 30 DAYS LATE!!!!!!!! Being 5 days late on a payment is not that big of a deal it’s affecting me and my credit not the bank! And on top of that the interest rates for loans with this bank is outrageous now!!! I will be leaving this bank and going elsewhere! I loved banking with Riegelwood Federal Credit Union because they were easy to work with and didn’t call or email unless someone was 30 days late. I highly recommend everyone to bank elsewhere its not worth the trouble here!!!!

The credit union is not what it used to be. Ive been a member for 29years. Most of the time when you call and need help with anything you will be transferred to someone. That someone never answers. You can leave a message but it's a 50/50 if they will ever call you back... dont bother calling 30mins after opening, between the hours of 10:30-1:30, or 30min before they close you will not get an answer... The only thing good about this place are the low interest rates on loans.

So disappointed that Riegelwood Credit Union sold out to this horrible bank! I have been with this back since 1988… yes, 35 years and have 4 accounts with them, one being a small savings account that I very seldom use. Despite the fact that I’m regularly conducting transactions with my Rev debit card, they deemed my savings account inactive and charged me $130 in “inactivity fees” over the past 5 months I promptly closed that account today when they would not refund the ridiculous fees and will be closing the other 3 as quickly as I can. The local branch is also hurting for employees and if they treat their employees as poorly as they treat their customers, it’s obvious why no one wants to be employed with them. This bank should be ashamed of the way they treat their loyal customers! I’ll be taking all of my accounts as well as my mothers accounts elsewhere as fast as I can!

Absolutely the WORST experience. This company bought out the credit union I previously banked with, and it has been a nightmare since. I have tried to tough it out due to the low interest rate with my current car loan, but I WILL be refinancing even if it means paying more. Customer service is horrible, they are not polite. They are currently charging me for a late fee that is due to their system upgrade and they still haven’t removed it. I have had several issues since the switch and would not recommended this bank to anyone.

This bank overall has definitely become a terrible experience. The employees not so but the structure of the bank itself. I have been calling for an hour now with no contact with anyone. There is no number to local banks which makes matters worse. Everything is passed through SC. I've had this issue a few times but today was the last for me. I'm leaving this bank.
