For the almost 20 years that I have been a customer with the State Employees Credit Union, I have ALWAYS felt valued and always received professional and quality service, until now. Courtney and Samantha were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. To my surprise, Latisha, the assistant branch manager was rude and argumentative and Ms. Lemert, the branch manager, refused to speak with me at all in regards to my issue.
It is unfortunate that some people will tolerate mistreatment in order to receive certain services or benefits. Not me! "When I am mistreated and feel that my business is no longer valued by a company, I know exactly what to do!
Value your customers more and treat them the way you would want to be treated!

The customer service over the phone sucks! The lady who answers the phone is very nice but the officers are horrible and lack knowledge about their own job role. A few of them placed us on hold and hung up. I called another branch and received helped with no problem! Overall, the customer service and knowledge base needs to be improved.

Went inside stood there for 5 minutes no one was in line in front of me. There was 4 tellers sitting there with no one in front of them. They all just looked at me and finally the lady at the very end noticed no one else was gonna help she started shaking her head and said u can come on down here. Bunch of lazy women in there the only ones actually working were the one running the drive thru was tempted to go back out and go to them.

This location is the absolute WORSE and they’re VERY VERY unprofessional! They do not like assisting you with anything, they will place you on hold and never come back to the phone!

Every time I come in here to cash a check it’s always an employee with an attitude! Then I can never cash my check I don’t even see the point of having an account with them if every time I have to go somewhere else just to get my check cashed! They are an overrated bank and only good for giving a loan!! Shut the whole bank down at this point!
