We would recommend the NCCFCU to anyone for any banking need. They were amazing to work with while we built our dream home and transitioned from a build to a regular mortgage. Communication was impeccable and customer service was top notch.

I have a joint account with my husband. And with that I should be able to set up bill payments. Last year they switched over their online banking system to something new. The bills that I set up did not carry over to the new system. One of the debts was a credit card that was not getting paid because they didn’t carry it over. It took four months for them to straighten that out. I too, had so much problems getting someone to answer the phone. So now the credit card shows up on the list of bill payees. But I could never get them to add the car payment to the list of payees.. However money was going out to this bill monthly. I didn’t worry about it, but now I am concerned. We want to pay off this debt by increasing the payment. So, I call the bank and I’m having trouble getting a hold of someone. I go to the bank and I am waiting 30 minutes before someone says they are not there to help me. They give me another number to call. I called that number 4 times before someone answers.. And the woman on the line says I’m not on the account. But I tell her I am on the account because a joint account. I prove it to her. Then she says she can’t help me because I’m not the major one on the account she doesn’t see me on the account. I called the bank. Long story short, I still have a resolve this problem With bill pay. NCCFCU does not offer bill pay as a service because they contract it out. So the system they have set up does not communicate. And neither is willing to work with the customer. I will never deal with these people. Since they only want to see my husband, I will make sure my bills are paid through USAA. I never have any problems with USAA.

This is by far the worst bank i have ever dealt with!!!! They dont even deserve one star!! I have called and called to try and get a credit card debt settled out so it can get off my credit history and nobody ever answers my calls and when i finally go up there they tell me that they cant settle it out unless it goes to a third party early they dont want any of their money back or they would at least try to work with me to pay off that debt

Awful bank, never anyone available, no one answers the phone nor returns calls, and worst of all they are dinging my credit negatively for a CHECKING account I CLOSED almost 2 years ago. I never had a loan or credit card with them and they’re hitting my credit saying I owe them a negative balance? I would tell anyone to beware of these scam artists. Worst customer service and worst experience ever banking. If I could give -5 stars I would.

So where do I Begin? I received a message that stated my car payment was not eight and this was at three in the morning. I made a payment and it turned out to be an additional payment because I have already made a payment. The person LinDsay said that it was my fault for not waiting to call them first before I made a just stay away their dishonest I wouldn’t even waste my time if it wasn’t for the car payment

They charge you dormancy fees on your account if you leave your money there and don’t touch it.
