From the moment I walked into their office on Hay Street, everyone was very kind and welcoming. True customer service is hard to find in today's time but it definitely came through in this office from EVERY employee. I definitely walked out with a better grasp on credit unions.

I dont know how bmc got a 5 score a employee must gave them that rating their customer service is unprofessional and sometimes wack when calling half the times you get voice message its one nimber for all the branches when making a card payment if you dont go to the bank you may end up making it late because you may not be able to reach someone or they never call back on the day the payment is due i dont understand a credit union not answering their phone woodforest a secondary bank has better service at least they answer their phone

I been with this bank for about 4 years I can't get know loan which I don't understand because I was told I could then I got a credit card though this company and the banker told me some false info so i payed 500 bucks for nothing
