I keep one of my accounts here just to see how bad the service is. The horror never disappoints. The employees are probably paid nearly nothing so that explains part of it. Here are a few pointers: Refer to your clients as Mr. ______ or Ms. _______. Do not call them by their first names. The location typically has four employees there. With only one drive-through lane open that leaves three employees to take care of clients inside the bank. SO if you have only one client inside the bank and there is an employee to client ratio of 3 to 1, service the client. Do not scurry about and ignore the client. Tend to his needs.

I love this bank. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My husband has been banking with PACU for over 10 years and he says the same thing. We just wish their home loans were at least 30 years.

Beware of this credit union do not get a loan with them because if you miss 5 dollar payment they going try to sue you and take you to court!

I love all the staff at the Eden branch, they are so helpful and when I walk in they even greet me by name! Never found such personable service at any other financial institution. Additionally I called about my credit card and Miles at one of the other branches was able to expedite my payment for me so I could use the card again for a needed expense. Highly recommend this institution!

I was recommended to this bank by family first which is a great bank located in Rochester NY. I did a online application with Ms.stephanie Surrate . I have been trying to get member forabout a week .After completing the online application . Ms Surrate said she need a letter from my church which is located in one of the qualifying counties which is Guilford. Which I did and I sent it to her with my pictures I'd. She ask me where did I work last position the address city and state I gave it to her .she also needa copy of my light bill . Then Ms Surrate said the letter that the Elder of my church type up on letter head was not accepted because it did not have a signature I said ok called my leader ask for another letter with a signature . Then Ms Surrate send me a email saying my membership was denied because The proof of qualification is for a church in Guilford County. N.C and you have entered Rockingham County n.c as qualification. Then Ms Surrate say We don't have any qualifying counties in pittsylvania County VA. This is what I call incompetence clearly. So I will see what corporate will say .It's like she was fishing for a reason to deny me I seen this coming . I think when I mentioned my disability . I have never experienced any thing like this in my life from a bank .Chase is another Great 👍 bank also .I hope this can be solved by corporate on Monday. Friends and family is waiting for the out come .We will see
