I've been trying for going on a month now to get help logging back into my mobile app since everything switched over to truist. I was locked out of my account and went to two other locations, one being Dunn NC. I was told on both occasions that I would have to call the 800 number or either online. After explaining I had tried all of those options and getting no where at all I left. Until today I've had problems with checking account balances, seeing if orders have been taken out of my account and etc. Within literally five minutes of being at the 501 Clinton location everything I needed done and answered was and I was immediately able to access my mobile account. Only rated a 3 today guys because my son had to use the atm with his pay card and it wasn't working.. Sat in line for a bit to find that out.

Kristen inside the bank deserves a shoutout!! I got my second line of credit today with her help an she made sure to explain my options thoroughly and even noticed that my checking account was charging me a monthly $5 service fee when it shouldn't have been. She fixed that for me. Everything was quick and easy, and she even recommended a septic tank installation company to me because I told her I'd need one soon haha. Thanks Kristen!
