These folks are a train wreck. Their IT infrastructure is straight out of 1987; my card and ACH transfers randomly get declined, and CCU always blames the vendor, even if there are several different declined transactions on the same day. Their app is slow and clunky, and the customer service is awful. I was willing to put up with this stuff when they were a small local credit union, but now that they're growing and none of this stuff is improving, I'm working on moving my finances somewhere else.

It's a popular place, almost to a fault. I used to have an account there for years. I closed my acct because it took so long to get thru the drive thru at most branches...likely because of the local popularity. I also had issues because they put long holds on my checks and as a business owner this meant waiting too long and it presented difficulties. I think the people there are awesome. Some of the folks in the loan Dept really helped come up with creative ways to finance. They have alt energy buildings constructed in Leed certified ways. That's pretty cool too.

A few years ago, they experimented with tellers-in-a-box at the branch near me, but the response they got was negative, so they went back to the traditional format. I love that they responded to customer sentiment. And as far as attentiveness to customers' needs, they are superb.

Missoula federal credit union (Miss Fed) has some of the friendliness staff☺ They are always there to help you with everything from managing your money to a loan to fix your car. Kudos to all the staff at Miss Fed.

I have been with MFCU, now Clearwater Credit Union, for over 10 years. I've have had a good number of money issues and their staff is always helpful and kind.
