For a banking institution it is excellent. Very friendly helpful staff, haven't seen him run out of money yet so they're doing good, and they give you a free gift when you open an account I got knives. Overall if you're looking to open an account and Libby Montana or anywhere else that they have their locations over seven states I would totally recommend it. Totally free checking, and all other services offered by most banks.

They can't count lol I'd say 75% of the time I've there I have to go back because they messed so.thing up. And when you tell them they messed up you get some ex high school nothing rolling their eyes at you. I hate having to go in there.

I have been trying to call three different locations to get ahold of a human to unlock my debit card from traveling. Currently stuck in another state without access to my account. Glacier bank, if you pay employees to answer the phone, you are wasting money. Absolutely pointless to even try to get ahold of them. Do not recommend using glacier bank, or first security at any location. They seem to be equally incompetent.

In less than 1 year their online banking system has crashed or locked me out of my account over 4 times!
All I get are excuses, and their "tech" people telling me to change my password AGAIN!
I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD!

Had some questions on our accounts in regards to the insured levels. They spent the time to look up the specifics, and called back within an hour with all the answers. Wonderful people, glad we do business with them. Libby, MT.

Worst customer service ever! They can't even reset my password or help me log in because they aren't allowed to tell me the answers to my secret questions 😂 like dealing with children ....find a better bank people trust me …
